If you ask the ladies of TMB what they love more than a beautifully designed wedding dress, many will say something along the lines of, enjoying good food, in good company while supporting local. This year, this has meant bringing our favourite takeout meals to work for lunch or home when the day is done.
We are so lucky to be located in the heart of Downtown Guelph surrounded by some of Guelph’s most amazing local shops, businesses and restaurants. And our staff have gotten pretty good at scoping out the best that Guelph has to offer.
The options are truly endless, but we have used our expertise, weighed our options, and each managed to narrow down our faves for you. Here are the TMB staff’s 10 favourite downtown takeout meals you’re probably missing out on:
Go-to Order: Ninja Cali or Ninja Bomb Bowl
Calling all sushi and Japanese fusion cuisine lovers this is Hayley’s fav Downtown Guelph takeout meal!

This is Alicia’s go-to when she’s in the mood for some great, fresh, Thai food!

Our next door neighbours, Osmow’s is what Shelby and Brit are ordering when they’re in the mood for something quick and tasty. Osmow’s tagline is: we’re makin’ what you’re cravin’... and they really couldn’t be more right. Osmow’s, you are makin’ what we are cravin’.

Our resident Italian, Adele, says Buon Gusto is definitely a classic go-to for a takeout meal that is guaranteed to be good. We often send brides to Buon Gusto when they ask us where to grab a bite after saying yes because we know the service, selection and food is amazing every time.
