Join us for a relaxing 45 minute Yin-yoga class at either 6:30pm or 7:45pm and then enjoy festive beverages and Milk & Co. gourmet cookies!

Meet your Instructor: Yvonne has taught a variety of different yoga, meditation and contemplation in Guelph for over 10 years. With a Masters of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, she is responsive, invitational, and thoughtful in her instruction.

About your class:
This relaxing class will explore the theme of letting go of the year that we have had through the use of yin & restorative yoga and aromatherapy curated by Tatjana and Bonita Barth of TheAromatherapist.com. We will use meditation, breath work, yin and restorative yoga practices as a beautiful preparation for looking forward to 2023.
